Proceedings Information

Dear C&W presenters,

As the editors of the official conference Proceedings, we hope you’ll consider submitting your paper to be considered for inclusion in this year’s volume published by the WAC Clearinghouse.

As in past years, we will use an open review process and inclusive review criteria. In open review, reviewers know authors' names, and likewise, authors will know who reviewed their work. The editors of the Proceedings are committed to engaging in anti-racist practices as articulated in the Anti-Racist Scholarly Reviewing Practices. If you find that we or our reviewers have fallen short of any of these practices, we invite you to share your feedback with us.

The tentative timeline for this year’s volume is:

  • May 23, 2025: templated manuscripts due (see template)
  • Sept 1, 2025: reviews due
  • Oct 1, 2025: revisions due
  • Dec 2025: publication

Instructions to submit to the WAC Clearinghouse platform:

  • Go to Submit Your Work and create an account
  • Choose Submit to a Book Series > Proceedings of the Computers and Writing Annual Conference
  • Complete the submission form

If you have any questions or concerns at any time, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We hope

you’ll consider submitting to the Proceedings, and we look forward to seeing you at the

University of Georgia!

Sincerely,

The Proceedings Editors
