In-person concurrent sessions will be held in various rooms of the Miller Learning Center.  Consult Whova for specific locations.

The closest parking lot to the Miller Learning Center is the Tate Center Deck:

Parking Deck Fees:

0 - 30 minutes = $1.00

31 - 60 minutes or One Hour = $3.00

61 - 120 Minutes or Two Hours = $5.00

Each Additional Hour = $1.00

Maximum Daily Fee = $10.00 

Hull Street Deck:

 Parking for off-campus visitors is available in the Hull Street deck at an hourly rate. Enter at the south entrance near Baxter Street.

Walking:

With the proximity of UGA’s campus to downtown Athens, as well as several other great in-town neighborhoods, walking is an option for participants to travel between lodging, meeting spaces, events, and meals. 

Bus:

Athens-Clarke County Transit offers 20 routes throughout the county.  UGA buses will also be running on campus, although on a limited schedule since we'll be on Maymester.  

Rideshare:

Uber and Lyft offer rides in and around town.  

Once you have registered and paid the virtual conference registration fee, we will contact you with information about onboarding Whova, our confernece management system.  In Whova, you will be able to find a Zoom link for your session, and you'll be invited to be a co-host or panelist for the Zoom session.  You should be able to share screen for your presentation.  

We have allotted 15 minutes for Individual presentations.  Please stay within your allotted time to ensure that the other people in your panel have time to present and that there's time for Q&A at the end of the session. 

Yes!  We will provide a Zoom link for the keynote sessions.
