Eidson Chair in American Literature has helped launch the website for In-Na-Po, Indigenous Nations Poets.  She is also a board member of the organization.

Dr. Andrew Zawacki was named a Distinguished Research Professor in 2021.  He has gained distinction as a poet, translator, editor and critic.
