Assistant Director of FYW

Sara Steger is a Principal Lecturer and the Assistant Director of First-Year Writing in the English Department at UGA, where she teaches classes in FYW, nineteenth-century literature, and pedagogy. For the Office of Faculty Affairs, she co-leads the Creating a Sustainable Writing Practice Program. She also develops eLearning for Writers (eLW), a digital platform for writing that provides opportunities for peer review, instructor feedback, and customizable rubric structures.
