Christina Wood holds an MFA from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently a graduate instructor and PhD student in Creative Writing at UGA. Her fiction has appeared recently in the Paris Review, McSweeney's, Granta, Virginia Quarterly Review, The Sewanee Review, and other journals. Her story "The Astronaut" won the 2018 Shirley Jackson Award for short fiction.
